Yes, our products are designed to fit true to size.

7. Can I return my order?

Yes. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached. A flat ₹100 return fee will be deducted from your refund towards return shipping. Once approved, we'll schedule a pickup, and your refund will be processed once the product is received and passes our quality check.

8. Can I exchange my order?

Yes, size exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. Once approved, we'll schedule a pickup for the product.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at ninetofivestores@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will get back to you and schedule the pickup.

Please follow the care instructions on the garment label.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

11. Is Cash on Delivery available?

If available for your location, you'll see the COD option at checkout.

12. Do you offer alterations?

Yes! We offer complimentary minor alterations to help you achieve the perfect fit.

After placing your order, simply WhatsApp us at +91 92164 63058 with your order number and alteration request before your order is dispatched.

Complimentary alterations are available for minor fit adjustments, such as trouser length, sleeve length, waist adjustments, and other alterations where feasible.
